1. Check diving equipment: Before diving, a very important part should not be sloppy. After confirming it yourself, the equipment is handed over to the peer partner to check again.
To ensure safety, diving must be done in pairs.
2. Entering the water: Put on the equipment on your back, and walk into the sea with your diving buddy (don't learn that for beginners who flip back and jump). When the water depth reaches your waist, put on a diving mask first, and hold your diving buddy to wear fins. After doing all this, hold the regulator in your mouth and start breathing from the second decompression section. Turn your body back, wipe your feet and continue to step back towards the sea to prevent tripping due to the inconvenience of the flippers.

3. Dive: After walking to the predetermined diving site, follow the instructor to gradually dive into the sea along the natural slope of the bottom. For the first experience diver, the diving depth should not exceed six meters. During the dive, you should observe the water pressure gauge at any time to grasp the depth you are in.
4. Water movement: When you dive to a certain position, watch the instructor's gestures, you can move around (two people together) and keep your body in the water position when swimming. In order to reduce physical exertion, it is necessary to swing the fins regularly, breathe smoothly without being nervous (the small partner is by your side), and adjust the buoyancy correctly to avoid colliding with the seabed. If the body starts to feel heavy, adjusting the posture can also input a little air in the buoyancy regulator. Observe your surroundings and exchange information with your buddy.

5. Floating: If you want to float at the end of the dive, first tell the diving buddy to prepare to float by gesture, and the two of them should slowly float up. At this time, it should be noted that the floating speed must be slow, too fast will cause diving obstacles due to changes in water pressure (the body needs a certain time to ease due to changes in water pressure). Immediately after surfacing, fill the buoyancy regulator with air to maintain buoyancy, and change to a snorkel for breathing.
6. Going ashore: After surfacing, swim to the shore to the shallow water, and go ashore in the same way as when entering the water. After going ashore, you must make a diving record. (to form a habit)
